Before kicking off a new project, we will assemble a team of the right translators to work on it. The combination of skills and expertise is determined by the nature of the project, and it's the duty of the team leader to establish the right team of the right person. The number of people working in the team will vary over the lifetime of the project, depending on the workload and the specific skills required.
During...
Once qualified translators are selected, they will work in collaboration by sharing the same process, glossaries, references and resources to ensure that everything is on the right way - quality, style, consistency and deadline. Each team member plays a unique role and is responsible for delivering their part of the project, but can always rely on the rest of the team for support and inspiration. With our established tracking system in place, the team leader, who is also an experienced translator, is able to accurately track all translations and modifications down to each word, thus to ensure that each step is accountable and traceable, and that your translation project is in safe hands.
After...
Once a translator has completed an assigned role in the team, he/she will move on to another project, where he/she can apply the skills acquired to another client. In this way, translators at Tonguewiz can rapidly become experts in their field and help our clients become the best performers.
